Delphine Olivacce is the Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement of SRMC. Ms. Olivacce is an experienced Healthcare Executive with over 17 years of experience, mainly in the areas of Critical Care Nursing and Nursing Administration.

Before joining SRMC, Ms. Olivacce served as the Territorial Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.

Ms. Olivacce has direct responsibility of Quality and Performance Improvement, Employee Health Services, Infection Control, Patient Relations and Patient Safety. She also has oversight of regulatory compliance including the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Ms. Olivacce earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialty in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy.

Ms. Olivacce is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Lambda Zeta and Delta Theta chapters and American Nurses Association.
