Doing Business with SRMC

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245(a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation (GHHFC)—a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands, has established the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) to provide procurement, delivery, installation, placement, verification, and closeout of all items identified in this solicitation. Acting on behalf of Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital (JFLH), THRT is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractor to provide and install all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) components necessary for the successful delivery of a fully functional, turnkey Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment implementation services for all furniture identified in this solicitation for Interim Hemodialysis Outpatient Facility. 

The new facility, encompassing approximately 6,769 square feet, is located at 12C and 14A La Grande Princesse, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820. This state-of-the-art facility when constructed will include 18 treatment bays specifically designed to accommodate outpatient hemodialysis services 

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation” or GHHFC, is a public entity of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The “Corporation” established a division entitled the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT). On behalf of the Charlotte Kimmelman Cancer Institute (CKCI), THRT is requesting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide parking lot paving and ADA upgrades for the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute to include all provisions of labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, superintendence, services, fees, taxes, and all other related items required in conjunction with incidental to design, permitting, installation, and other items as needed to complete the scope of services. The Selected Respondent is required to be licensed and registered in the United States Virgin Islands. 

The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (“THRT”) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed United States Virgin Islands (“USVI”) General Construction Contractors (“Respondent”) for the Construction and Relocation Services for the Interim Radiology Outpatient Care Facility, located at the 2nd Level of the Virgin Islands Cardiac Center (“VICC”), 4007 Estate Diamond Ruby Christiansted, United States Virgin Islands (“USVI”). The project involves approximately 3,200 SF of facility renovation, with 2,628 SF designated for construction modifications as defined in the architectural drawings for the relocation and installation of critical diagnostic equipment, the construction and modification of designated clinical and support spaces, and the provision of terminal cleaning and preparation services to ensure readiness for medical operations, all in accordance with Construction Drawings and Specifications by FLAD & Associates. 

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as GHHFC, The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) on behalf of the Schneider Regional Medical Center is requesting bids from qualified and licensed firms to submit a response to provide for all provision of labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, superintendence, services, fees, taxes and all other related items required in conjunction with or incidental to furnishing and installing furniture and other items as prescribed by these documents for the Myrah Keating Smith Community Health Center Interim Facility.

The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT), on behalf of the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute (CKCI), is requesting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide and install IT Equipment Systems for the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute. The selected respondent shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, services, fees, taxes, and all other related items required for the completion of the project, including design, permitting, and installation services. The selected respondent must be licensed and registered in the United States Virgin Islands.
